Financing is the key to affordability.

Getting the right loan can be easy. One of the first steps in getting a mortgage is getting a pre-approval.  A pre-approval helps you know what price of home you can purchase.  Having a pre-approval is important when you make an offer on a home because the seller feels confident that you are a qualified buyer.

The mortgage process will require that you have the following items:

  1. W-2 (2yrs) or 1040's
  2. Last 30 Day Paystubs
  3. Name and address of Employer
  4. 2 Year Employment History
  5. Bank name(s), account numbers and balances.
  6. Latest 3 months of bank statements
  7. Open loans - name and address, account no., monthly payments and balances.
  8. Loan information on any other real estate owned.
  9. Ceritificate of Eligibility DD214 (VA) if you are applying for a VA loan.
  10. Self-employment; last 2 years business tax returns with schedules, YTD.
  11. Driver's License or Other Official I.D.
